This weekend’s Three Card Draw comes from the Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck. They’re beautiful cards that I’ve owned for quite some time and use them fairly regularly for these Three Card Draws.

All that being said, are you ready to select your card for the upcoming week?

Take a breath.

Pick a card.

Reveal is below.

Card 1 – Harmony

This beautiful card signifies the possibility that a deep spiritual partnership is occurring in your life or is manifesting for the near future. While this card corresponds to The Lovers card in a tarot deck, it doesn’t necessarily have to represent a love affair, it could also signify other relationships in your life both personal and work related.  For example, you might be building stronger relationships with colleagues as you video chat while collaborating on projects.

The  Harmony Card can also appear to let you know that you may find yourself in a position where you have to make choices in certain relationships.  Sometimes that’s a choice between two potential lovers, or it could refer to the choice between continuing a relationship/friendship or pulling the plug on it.   Something to consider – the bonds you form with others are really about you, even in the most difficult situations. They’re meant to be mirrors for you, always reflecting back what you need to see.  When relationships become challenging or you need to look at them in a new perspective, take some time to reflect on what you’re learning from your relationships, which partnerships/friendships are really for your highest good, and how are you contributing to the energy between you and others.

This card promises increased harmony in relationships, both personal and professional ones.  So if the past few weeks of social distance have taken a toll on your relationships, this card promises brighter days ahead!

Card 2 – Discontent and Boredom

The key words associated with the card, besides the obvious ones of discontent and boredom, are stagnation and dissatisfaction.  Feelings of restlessness and impatience surround you. A relationship, project, or situation isn’t moving forward fast enough and could be draining you emotionally and energetically.

How are you handling the social distancing, the isolation?  I know some of my friends are doing better with it than others.  The extroverts, the busy moms, the social butterflies, seem to be having a harder time staying still.  They don’t quite know what to do with themselves.

This card also suggests that you’re wishing for change, and while something might be ending in your life, don’t focus on that door closing, instead look for a new opportunity to come out of nowhere.  If you’re stuck in the past and obsessing over the closed door, you might miss it!!

This card also suggests that you should keep an eye out for signs and coincidences that bring books, workshops, even new people into your life.

Trust in Divine Timing and know that things change for a reason.  Take this card as a reminder that now is a perfect time to re-evaluate and search within for guidance.  Maybe even take up some sort of spiritual practice like mediation, reading cards, even just watching uplifting Netflix shows.  Find happiness and insight wherever you can. There is no need to be bored!

Card 3 – Crown chakra

The Psychic Tarot deck also has seven chakra cards, each representing one of the seven chakras. For those of you who aren’t familiar with this concept, chakras are energy centers in your body that can impact your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well being. When chakras are unbalanced or blocked, it results in confusion, low energy, dissatisfaction with life, etc. When one of the chakra cards appears in a reading, it generally means that there’s something going on in that area that wants your attention.

The Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head, representing your link with the Universe and with your Higher Consciousness.   It’s the connection between wisdom and spiritual insight.   If your Crown Chakra is imbalanced or blocked, you may be feeling down in the dumps, alienated or disconnected from life, and have little empathy for others, etc.    A blocked Crown Chakra tends to be the result of living in stressful environments, fast-paced lifestyles, as well as experiencing unresolved childhood trauma.

When our Crown Chakra is balanced, we feel connected to our Higher Self, can easily access our inner wisdom, feel connected to others and life, can see the bigger picture, and feel a sense of serenity and wholeness despite what is happening around us.

To balance this chakra, try meditation, breath work, yoga, spiritual healing, acupuncture, colour therapy, etc.

This chakra is represented by the color violet so keep your eyes open for purples this week!

Oh – and if you feel like you might need help balancing this – or any of the chakras – I recommend searching out chakra meditations on YouTube. This is one of my personal favorites – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qs_DuZigRzY&t=30s
